Design House Social Intervention

In collaboration with the Wajha Project, a social initiative that aims to help the community by providing design services for free, this exhibition gives some context to an ongoing project by 8 locally based designers to help the community and reshape the city's identity through shopfronts.

For this particular project, a small tailor shop in Bur Dubai called Coventry Tailoring, but misspelled as 'Goventry', was selected. The extent of the intervention included redesigning their business identity in the form of a new logo, business cards, shopping bags, and a shopfront.
